My name is Spence and I am currently sharing a 2 bedroom flat with my current roommate.
The other tenant is moving out this year so I am searching for a new roommate. I will be moving back to Bristol within the next 2/3 years, room mate is welcome to come with or stay in Newport, lease can be passed to new room mate.
£620 is the total fee each month of how much it costs for the rent and bills
-£875 per month (£437.50 each)
-Tv Lisencing £41 (paid quarterly) (£20.50 each)
-Wifi (Sky) £28.50 (£14.25 each)
-Water & Waste £38 (£19 each)
-Electric & Heating £91 (£45.50 each)

I am currently working fulltime at a call centre in Newport Tredegar park (35 hours a week). I prefer professional applicants.
My partner frequently stays over and helps with the upkeep and maitenence of the apartment. Our landlord is called Doug and Janice, they have proven to be very lovely landlords and have helped with any issues that have come up,
The main photo of the room is actually my room as I currently cannot get any up to date photos of the room. The sizes and dimentions are almost identical except for the built in wardrobe placements.
We have been here since October 2023. We live not far from Pye Corner (train station) and only a 10 minute bus trip into town. The aparment complex comes with our own personal parking space.
