Self countained attic space in family home

Top floor of our family home. Own stairs, bedroom/sitting room bathroom and kitchenette with a table, kettle, fridge, microwave and toaster. Use of family kitchen and utility for proper cooking and laundry. Weekly clean included including Bed linen and towels changed. Will suit professionals or contractors in need of a few months accommodation away from main residence or in-between homes.

All bills, cleaning and laundry included.

Stairs are steep with bathroom on first floor and bedroom etc on second floor. Self contained once you are on the stairs.

We are renovating the house and often have airbnb guests and decided to try slightly longer term lets instead.

We all go to bed between 9-10pm so won't suit a night owl or late coming s and goings as you would be above us!
No overnight guests please, it's a family home and we like to know who is around.

Quiet, central with off road gated parking.
