We have a beautiful Victorian home with lots of lovely period features in St Julian's, Newport. Looking for a female professional to rent our spare room for between 6 - 12 months finishing July/August 2025.

Easy 20-25 minute walk to Newport train station, regular buses into town at the end of the road. Corner shop 1 minute walk & Tesco express 10 min walk. Beechwood Park 15-20 min walk.
Can normally find a spot to park ok but it's street parking only.
