1 large single room or 1 double room available. All bills included.

Only looking for one room to be rented out.

The house is four bedroom, two bathroom.
Large open plan kitchen and dining. I am currently decorating the lounge so the dining room is serving as living space at the moment. You will have access to all living spaces.

I work from home, my office is in the attic, so it's out the way.
I play hockey and rugby, I train twice a week in the evenings and the weekends days are taken up with match days.
I am a tidy and mindful person, I would like that reflected in a house mate aswell.
I like a mix of be social and alone time.
Occasionally I'll have a few friends over nothing wild though.

I am looking to welcome someone into my home to make their home.
