A beautiful, modern double bedroom with built in wardrobe, en-suite and fully furnished. My partner and I own our 4 bedroom house in a quiet new build estate based in Llanwern and have recently extended so have 2 lounge areas (one lounge will be designated for your use), a large modern kitchen and a good sized garden. Plenty of parking on driveway and good links to M4. We are both professionals and have 2 lovely ragdoll cats that live with us so must be okay with cats. We’re friendly, clean and enjoy spending time relaxing in the weekdays. We’re usually in bed early so expect noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. £725 pcm with all bills included. Free use of Netflix/Amazon and Disney. T. V can be fitted in bedroom if wanted (42 inch Samsung TV)
