I have a mini gym in the garage that can use if desired.

The House itself is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 3 toilets family home. You will have access to a large kitchen with all integrated appliances (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer).

Comfortable shared living room with separate living/ dining area each having its own separate TV (living room 85” TV and dining/ living area 40” TV).

There’s a drive for private parking on the drive giving access to large private Garden area with outdoor furniture for a relaxing day/ evening.

The Room is Ensuite, bright, spacious, quiet and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk & chair). - can install a TV if desired with access to Netflix and Amazon video.

I am a working professional and have kids living in with me occasionally.
