Hello! I’m looking for a friendly, professional housemate to split the rent and bills 50/50 in my lovely 3-bedroom home, perfectly located right by the M4 in Bettws, Newport – ideal for great transport links.

• Modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and appliances
• Spacious living room and bright, clean décor throughout
• Bathroom with large L-shaped bath, waterfall shower, and standard shower
• Small bedroom converted into an office (available in the daytime – I use it in the evenings for teaching)
• Private garden with herbs and fruit, plus a shed for storage
• Private parking at the rear

I’m a chilled, quirky professional who works a lot during the week, so I’m often away except on weekends. I’m open to being social, but equally happy to give you your own space.
