Double room to rent very clean and tidy

I have a double room to rent in a 3 bed terraced house.
The house has been recently recarpeted through out. New LIno flooring in the kitchen and two bathrooms. The room has a built in wardrobe, and shelves on the sides of the chimney. There is a double bed and chest of drawers, which you can use or I'll remove if you have your own?

The house is pretty clean and tidy.

The bathroom upstairs has a bath, with electric shower, toilet and sink. The downstairs utility room contains a wash machine, toilet and sink. I might get a tumble dryer for the winter months.

The kitchen is a nice size and has everything you need to cook.

There are two lounges so you could have one to yourself or just use both.

I'm a pretty chilled out Landlord. I've moved from London to Newport and have always rented out rooms. Looking for someone who will be happy to keep the place clean and tidy.
