- Fully equipped shared kitchen, large fridge/freezer shared with other lodger only
- utility room for washing and quick drying with dehumidifier
- Located in a quiet, residential area with easy access to local amenities and transport links
- Rooms have own thermostat for heating control

The Rooms:
(1) Ensuite Double Room - Bright, spacious top floor double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom
- Furnished with a double bed), bedside cabinets, wardrobe, and desk (can also be offered unfurnished if preferred)

(2) Large Double, - Bright spacious top floor double bedroom with bathroom next door. Toilet/sink to be used solely by the occupant, however the shower/bath facility is shared with the live in landlord.
- Currently unfurnished (pictures show old tenants furnishing), but can be furnished on request

I am looking for individuals who are clean, tidy and respectful of my home and the people living here.

References/proof of income required. Deposit will be returned upon end of agreement providing no damage has been caused. The tenancy is as a lodger and not as an AST.
