Looking for female house share only please Both the bedroom and living room are fully fitted and available for your private use only. Bedroom situated on second floor and is the only room on that floor and living room on first floor. Both totally redecorated and new carpets fitted in May 2025. Since photos taken I have upgraded the dressing table and added a relaxing chair in your bedroom another oak unit in your living as seen in the video. My large 1030s semi detached property has two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet. You have shared use with myself of the main bathroom located on the first floor. You also have shared use of the downstairs toilet/kitchen and appliances together with dining/sitting room on ground floor. My son returned from university in July and is currently working locally and staying with me until he finds a home of his own in 2026. For your privacy, he uses an ensuite bedroom with its own resting area.  I have sole use of the lounge at the front of the property and office room where I work from home.  The home has a fabulous large south facing private garden with two patio areas for relaxation . You would have a parking space immediately outside the front of the property on the quiet roadside.  The property is located in a peaceful and respectful area and a stones throw from Beautiful Beechwood Park. Excellent commuting to Bristol/Cardiff and only a couple of miles from Newport a town Centre and the Royal Gwent Hospital.
