I am a young professional currently living in this property and have been here for quite some time. The housemates are also professionals and are very lovely, friendly and welcoming people.

I am looking for someone to take my place as I am moving out for work.

The room is located on the top floor and is very spacious. I am the only person on that floor, which offers a lot of privacy. It is perfect for someone who works long hours and wants a quiet place to rest.

All bills are included and there is a strong WiFi connection. You will also have a private kitchen cabinet for storing your dishes and food. Smoking is allowed outside only.
