Double Bedroom. Top Floor flat. Peaceful Area

Hey there!

My name is Louis, and I'm looking for a like-minded individual to lodge in my top-floor flat in a lovely area of Ridgeway/Allt Yr Yn.

The room is fully furnished with a bed frame and mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, and wardrobe (due to be built). The flat features an open plan kitchen and lounge, therefore I am seeking someone who appreciates a tidy, organised, and clutter-free environment. The flat is on the top floor with big windows, which means the amount of natural light it gets is unmatched.

I work as a teacher and also coach CrossFit on one or two evenings, so I find myself out of the flat for large chunks of the day during the week. I have a very active lifestyle (running, cycling, CrossFit, hiking), so if you share similar interests, I think we'll get along. I am quite a laid back character, and I am ultimately looking for someone who i can trust, chat a bit of nonsense with, but someone who can also appreciate some quiet downtime.

The flat does benefit from a garage and some additional storage that I would be willing to free up.

I would be open to a Monday to Friday arrangement.
