Double room Georgian house Newport

Hello!

I have a lovely Georgian house in Newport. Close to town centre and train station and also close links to M4. A double bedroom that’s furnished with old style built in wardrobe and large drawers. Some art in there currently, will be taken out (unless you like it!)

Ideally suitable for someone not working from home but let me know your situation and we can see what works.

I’m an introvert who likes to chat sometimes but also like my own space / downtime. Super open to communication, I’m happy to see what works for everyone. I’m looking for someone to rent the room over the summer period but I’m open to long term depending on situation. :)

I have a lovely garden that needs some tlc but it’s tranquil and lovely to spend time in, a proper sun trap!

I have finished decorating but there are still odd bits I haven’t got round to, everything works but if you don’t mind the odd decorative quirk, then great!
