Double bedroom available, large garden and parking

Quiet end of terrace house with double bedroom, large garden and off road parking for an average sized car. Great connection to motorway, local buses and town centre.

( I say quiet, you don't need to be a stealth ninja but this is not a party house.)

Bedroom has built in double wardrobe. and if you need extra storage you are welcome to use part of the spare 'box room'.

I live here too and would love to socialise with my housemate rather than be two permanent strangers under one roof.

Sharing facilities: shared living room, shared kitchen.
The toilet and shower are two separate rooms.

I enjoy board games, audiobooks, cooking and going for walks. Prefer to drink tea more than beer.

Im open to pets but would prefer older pets who are house trained and play nice with humans.

I think I'm a very easy going housemate, lgbt friendly and pretty clean and tidy. But be aware i have an allergy to heavy perfume /aftershave and can't have plug in air fresheners. Nothing an antihistamine won't fix but I just ask curtesy when it comes to aerosols and heavy scents.

Please note some house decorating is currently ongoing but house is still in a usable condition. Decorator pending, we will have Wall paper by the time you move in. New kitchen has been paid for but awaiting installation probably September.

Room Rent includes all bills: water, gas, electric, council tax, internet etc within normal usage. Obviously the heating is on throughout the winter.

No smoking or Vaping please.
