Two double bedrooms next to Rodney Parade

Hi there I am a retired school teacher and live in a modern town house right next to Rodney Parade, and just a few minutes walk from Newport city centre.
I am seeking two individuals to rent two rooms in my house on the first floor. They would share. the main bathroom which is on the same floor.
Ideally looking for persons without cars but there would be a parking space for visitors.
There is a ground floor living room, kitchen and cloakroom. There is also a utility room with a washer/ dryer.
Council tax is Band E
