Due to the circumstances of the homeowner, any lodger is likely to have almost totally uninterrupted freedom within the house, which is an added benefit. The homeowner will stay at the property a few times each month whilst visiting, briefly each week.
The bedroom includes a new bed, mattress and clothes rail but you are welcome to bring additional items. There is also brand new carpet. The kitchen includes white goods, while the reception area has a sofa, rug, TV, and coffee table.
The property is situated:
100 metres to the nearest bus stop.
300 metres to Risca train station. (connecting to Newport, Cardiff and Bristol).
70 metres to the high street (food establishments, LIDL, petrol station, dentist, optician, local park, convenience stores, cafes, veterinary services, mechanics, and many other amenities).
20 metres to the local park (exceptional views).
500 metres to Tesco, Screwfix, KFC and ALDI.
10 metres to nearest police station.
Absolutely no smoking in the property but non issue with that happening in the back garden.
Council tax and broadband are included. Gas and electricity are on a meter, which the lodger will cover. The home owner will contribute for any time he spends, overnight at the property.
