Spacious double bedroom to rent

Spacious furnished double bedroom. Comes with king size bed, chest of drawers, table and large ottoman. You'll have access to the shared bathroom and kitchen. I also have a small 3rd bedroom that I use as a library which you would be welcome to use as a living room/ study area. Large living/ dining area and enclosed back garden with seating area also available. Communal parking spaces directly opposite the house and some around the back but not accessible via the back garden.

I also have 4 cats so you must be okay to live with them and treat them with respect.

I don't smoke or drink and just ask that there's no smoking/vaping in the house.

Bills will be included in monthly rent.

Looking for a respectful candidate who understands that I mostly work from home and that this is my main residency. I also have family to visit from time to time but we're all very welcoming. I would like to get on well with whoever moves in and hopefully build a mutual friendship.
