Spacious Room in St Julian's

Hello! My name is Judd and welcome to my add :-). I am new to Newport (previously living in Bristol). I am looking to rent out my spare room to help pay the bills. I have a very lovely terraced house tucked away in St Julian's. It has a large shared bathroom, large dinning room, largish garden and medium sized living room. The parking is street parking (not a through road but can get busy with lots of parked cars). Walking distance to the town/train station and not far from the M4.

My one and only tenant in Bristol stayed with me for 5 and a half years so I like to think I am a good landlord!

I am open to living with anyone but would ask for an informal meet first to see if we get on and some form of reference be that family or the previous place you stayed. Open to short term/week day only stays as well.

1st September is the very earliest I can accommodate anyone but I am in no rush if later on suits (if you are the right person I would wait)

My hobbies currently are chess, the gym and park runs. I love a boardgame as well!

I also have sky sports if that is of interest. I am also vegan so someone who can respect not eating meet in the house would be greatly appreciated (but not a deal breaker).

I plan to spend the first few months rental income on doing up the room you are in to make it even nicer (blinds/desk etc)

P. S. I have a very timid but sweet 9 year old cat called Tilly.
