Single bright room with single bed. Ideally suit a busy professional person on a Monday to Friday basis but would be open to short term full time let at an increased rental.

The room has 2 chests and a desk area for home working. There is no wardrobe but there is plenty of wardrobes and storage space available in the dressing room.

This is my home and you will be sharing the kitchen with all the mod cons, lounge, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath, and small garden.
Close to local bus stop and train is about 15/20mins walk.

My home is in a small village just outside Newport close to the main road for easy access to areas such as Newport, Cwmbran, Pontypool, Cardiff, Blackwood, Oakdale areas.

Broadband is available and there is also a 32 inch screen TV in the room with a Sky box offering the basic Sky package.

Street parking is available.
