The double room available has been recently decorated in October of this year and is in a large 4 bedroom terraced house. Its living with myself (live in landlord) and one other (related) I have a preference for someone 25 or over however if you are mature and not out partying until late most nights then I'm sure you will fit in great!

The house has recently had a facelift. There is a separate dinning room with table and chairs, a living room with 38" LCD TV and Sky Package, along with a well appointed kitchen, with all cutlery, crockery and pans you will need!

Its 5-10 minutes (depending on how fast you walk!) to the city centre. With an excellent range of shops a 1 minute walk to include general convenience store, off licence, Chinese Take Away, Indian Restaurant and Take Away, Petrol Station, Fish & Chips Take Away.
