The shared bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The house has 2 flights of stairs.

We have Virgin broadband wireless and there is a cat. Smoking is restricted to outside.

Bills included with the rent are: electricity, gas, water (all metered), broadband, council tax (BAND E) - No extras on top unless there is excessive use of electricity etc including WFH.
