This is a house on a dead end road with unrestricted parking in a semi rural area .This is a quiet house in a quiet neighbourhood. It has views to the front over Crumlin and Newbridge.

It would suit someone who goes out to work or as unlimited WIFI someone who can work from home.

The village has a Shop/Post office , Chinese and a pub, a club ,barbar and a cafe.

Nearest supermarkets for food shopping are 4 miles in all directions. Blackwood, Pontypool, Risca, Ebbw vale.

The house is very close to bus stop with buses going Newport, Blackwood, Cwmbran , Cardiff.
The house is 1.5 mile from Newbridge train station with routes to Newport and Cardiff and on to wide world.
In the car the edge of Newport is 10miles, edge of Cardiff is 15miles and the edge of Bristol bout 25miles

The house is smoke/ vape/ Drug free. SO Smokers / Vapers even in the middle of the night in a heavy rain storm and the cold you are going outside!!!!!

The house is cat friendly and has a cat. Sorry no Dogs

The house has unlimited wifi, sky tv, washing machine drier ,lounge, cooker pots pans plates etc.

The room is approx 4m×3m with a double bed, wardrobe, chest and desk. The mattress is only 2 months old. The room is painted off white a neutral colour. At extra cost Sky can be upgraded to Movies/ Sport/Multi room.

Two month notice required to leave and get deposit back....
Students UK / Foreign must be able to demonstrate that they have adequate funds......

Dss people.. My policy is.. Dss people pay the rent themselves out of their own money untill they get Dss organised ( if that possible ) I find this an excellent motivatival tool to help them get Dss organised .
