New build property close to retail park

My name's alex im 40 and I'm a live in landlord. I'm looking for a fellow working professional ideally. Who is clean and tidy to live in my newish built house. All current tenants are full time workers are friendly and sociable but respect each others privacy at the same time. Rooms are fully furnished and all day to day amenities are provided ie washing machine/microwave/virgin broadband WiFi/netflix/ironing board & iron/toaster/washing lines etc etc. Short walk to big retail park and close to M4 junction.
