Short Term Rental Close to Royal Gwent and Centre

We are in the process of trying to sell the property, hence looking for short term letting arrangements. We have been renting for a few years now, and some of our existing tenants are still at the property. We had a sale and relocated our other tenants then the sale fell through, so we are looking for tenants who are happy with short term letting options (we are looking to let until the property is sold - this could be anywhere between 3-12 months).

This is a lovely period property walking distance to the Royal Gwent and the city centre, all bills are included. This is a large family home that we have converted for renting, so there is lots of personal and shared shape in the house.

We have 2 en-suite rooms, but the second shower doesn't work, but the other utilities work (sink and toilet), hence the reduced rent.

Because of the unique situation we are in, we are happy to discuss the notice period, and will judge every application on its own merit.
