Double Room Walking Distance to Royal Gwent

We have a double room available in a lovely shared house. There are 2 bath/shower rooms, a nice social kitchen dining area.

The house is a 5-10 minute walk to the Royal Gwent and 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Good links to public transport and all local conveniences.

Housemates need to provide their own bedding, towels and basic kitchenware (cutlery and crockery).

To proceed we require:
- Holding Fee (non-refundable but deducted from the deposit when the tenancy commences)
- Proof of ID (copies of passport and/driving license)
- Proof of Income (bank statements and/or wage slips)
- Current landlords details for reference
- When all checks done and for the tenancy to commence the deposit (less holding fee), first months rent in advance and £35 admin fee to secure the deposit.
