I am looking for a housemate to myself and my 1-year old daughter.
The rent is £420 for the furnished double room including bills and council tax. There is one upstairs bathroom, and downstairs lounge, kitchen and utility room with a washing machine and dryer. There is very good on-street parking.
There is a small set of house rules: Smoking is strictly forbidden in and around the house. In general, the house is a shoe-free zone to keep the house clean. I am vegetarian/vegan and would like to have someone in the house with similar eating habits.
