Double room in student house 10 mins to Bangor uni

A highly attractive well kept student house in a quiet residential area with views across Hirael Bay and towards the mountains. There are two boys and a girl renting rooms in the house this year but my impression is that they are not noisy people but seem polite respectful and friendly. The house is not far from Bangor pier but still only a 10/15 minute walk from the Main Arts University building,. The room is a double room and has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. There is a living room with sofas table and chairs , modern kitchen and bathroom.. The house has a combi boiler. Gas, electric and broadband are included in the rent.
