Double bedroom available mid-February, Bangor

Hello!
I am looking for someone to take over my contract from Varcity Living which is to end on August 16th 2022 (this is not a sublet). The move in date is February 17th, however this could be arranged earlier. The contract would be for 6 months, though there would be a possibility to extend it for the next academic year in September. The agency are easy to talk to and very flexible.

The room is a double bedroom (bedroom 4 on Varcity’s website) in a 5 bedroom house. It is spacious and has great storage! There is a shared living room, kitchen, downstairs toilet and upstairs shower-room/toilet. There is also a spacious back garden and a driveway.

The house is fully furnished and existing housemates do share a few necessities. The house is right next to the College Menai and Ffriddoedd student facilities, a 10/15 minute walk to any shops/high street and the University.
