This is a beautifully furnished, 2 bed house (two houses combined into one), with the lovely sole use of a bath and shower.

Spareroom would not let me say 0 for second room. The cost is £1,350 for the whole house.
With a nice and also sufficient large Kitchen and dining area, there are two bedrooms (a double bed and two singles), a washing machine, separate study/storage area, and a great private back patio.

Ideally we are looking for a non smoking couple, one child and no pets. If very considerate we may consider more people.

Available 28th of March until 30 June, 2024. We have other houses which you could consider after this academic term.
