We have TWO ROOMS REMAINING (a single and a single and a half); the latter slightly larger than a single.

This is a beautifully maintained and fully furnished LARGE house. with two fridges and a freezer, washing machine AND DRYER plus all the mod cons you would expect in a great house. With OFF and ON-road parking, all the rooms have have a wardrobes, and great comfy and new mattresses. With a very large garden (to the front, side and back).

We have in our houses many satisfied tenants, several of whom have been with us for over 4 years.

This is a 4-bed HMO, so we are looking to take on two more single individuals. We have TWO single rooms left, available for a single person. Sorry no room for a couple.

We originally tried offering this to couples, and ended up taking on single people. Our license does not allow us to take on any more couples now (if we did, this would mean there are too many people in the house). HMO conditions need to be upheld.

We do not charge a deposit (just first and partial last months rent). Very few if any other landlords do this (eg., they ask for deposits, for which they can with-hold part or all of it due to their decision to keep funds from their perception of damage that you may or may not have caused to the house).

We pay the council tax for you (for professionals); all student houses as you probably know do not need to pay council tax.
