Spare Room To Rent

Myself and 4 others have got a 6 bed house where one has pulled out and therefore we have a spare room. it is a double bed room, very spacious and comes with a wardrobe, drawers and a desk with a chair. it is a 3 bathroom house with 2 showers. there is a shared living space, a big kitchen and also a utility room. there is a spacious garden on both sides of the house also. it is in walking distance of the university, on the road just further down from lidl.
the 5 of us are very outgoing and love nights out or chill nights in, however 3 of us are nurses/midwives so there is times where everyone needs to be respectful and quiet.
