This is a large, semi-detached property with 6 bedrooms. It is located on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes walk from the main university site.

Rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Room 1 & 2 are on the ground floor, with the remaining rooms upstairs.

All Rooms are single occupancy for Students only

Rooms 2 and 6 are available.
We have a small group who had originally let the whole house, but two members of the group have now chosen not to return to university, which leaves two rooms available.

Room 2 is downstairs and is a large double room

Room 6 comprises of two smaller rooms - one containing the double bed, wardrobe etc, and a second "study" room with french door overlooking the mountains of Snowdonia

Recently refurbished, the house has a large, well appointed kitchen with washing machine a tumble dryer. The lounge / dining room includes a large smart TV, and has French doors leading to the rear garden.

A large garden includes a patio area with seating, and a storage shed for bikes. The house overlooks Bangor harbour with stunning views across to the mountains of Snowdonia

A fully-tiled shower room including toilet is provided downstairs. Upstairs, there is a bathroom including bath with shower over and toilet, and a further a separate toilet.
