We have 1 single bed room available in this 5 bed house, which is tucked away on a quiet residential street, just behind College Road in Upper Bangor. It's conveniently close to Main Arts, The Management Centre and the Brigantia Building and is also within a few minutes walk of the supermarket, shops, cafes and pubs in this popular student area. Additionally, the train station and town center are only a short walk away, as are the university sites at Ffriddoedd Road and Deiniol Road.

The house is on three levels and on the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there's a sunny balcony to sit out on and downstairs there's a basement with a spacious communal living room, an additional storage room and a utility room with toilet, wash hand basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.

All utility bills and broadband internet are included in the rental price.
