A lovely house in Bangor located in LL57 1NH, in 20 Lower Street. 10-15 minute walk from the main building of the university, less than 10 minute walk into High Street and Lidl. It has 5 bedrooms, three of which are occupied. It includes, council tax, water and broadband; gas and electric paid separately but have got affordable deal with energy and gas provider. One shared bathroom facility and a toilet facility, a shared living room and a shared kitchen. There is also a balcony with a gorgeous view of the Main Arts Building of the university. Washing machine facility and tumble dryer facility included.
The room is quite spacious, it is a loft room, with an amazing view of the university; has two chests of drawers, a desk, a rail organiser and three spacious shelves.
Looking for a female student in Bangor university, between the ages 18 to 25, who is tidy and shares similar interests with the other two flatmates. Only posted pictures which I was given by the agency, apologies if some facilities are not shown.
