Owner is a Nurse who will be in North England and is away most of the time. Might be at the house once a month for a weekend and to work on it decoratively

It probably be suitable for a Post Grad student y student who dosesnt want a crowded shared house and doesn't mind me working on the house to improve it when there

Just installed a little wood burning stove so cosy in winter also central heating


Electricity and Gas and water not included ..

The rent is low as cost of utilities is high as it is for everyone. The yearly cost when house is occupied even by one person is a lot .. Probably £ 150-200 month in winter. That goes to £50 a month in summer months ....on average
