Hello, I currently have a single bedroom available in a house shared with six other students which I would like to release tenancy on as I am deferring my second year. The ground floor features a long entrance hallway with a WC, a bright front lounge with a window, a large open-plan kitchen/diner with modern fittings, and a dining room. The first floor offers four single bedrooms and a shower room with a WC, while the second floor includes two more single bedrooms, a small kitchen area, and another shower room.
