Quiet room available in a 3 bedroom house just off Beach Road. The house is modern and spacious, with a great kitchen, large shed and patio back garden with a big covered space built in. There is also a log burner fitted in the living room (installed after the photo was taken)

Both current housemates are working professionals, and are extremely clean and tidy people

In the room there is an excellent built in wardrobe, and with a skylight and window there is plentiful natural light.

The pier and fishing harbour are a 5 minute walk from the front door, as is the high street, and the main university buildings are also close by

There is a log burner in the living room which is awesome in winter, and the back garden is a sheltered suntrap, ideal for a summer BBQ
