A cheap all-bills-included double bed room on the second floor with plenty of space. The upstairs toilet is easily accessible, the house itself has two more bathrooms downstairs with showers and toilets.
The landlord will consider pets that are non-disruptive and non-destructive, the other tenants are not loud or inconsiderate.
It also comes with a washing machine, dryer machine and vacuum. There's a large car parking space which none of the other tenants use and a bike shed.
The property itself is a 10 minute walk away from the main university buildings, and is situated behind trees which blocks out the main road sound and is very quiet.
It does have a declining ceiling which is why it's so cheap for the floor space, but I've found it to be no issue with desks sitting comfortably on the opposite side - it's a matter of being creative with the space and taking advantage of it. But it may be realistically better suited for shorter people.
I'm looking for someone to take my place in the rental contract, rent is currently being paid out per student finance payment dates and it ends on 30th June. Only students can take my place as this property does not pay council tax, ideally someone will take my place from January but please get in contact if you're interested or may require it sooner/later!
