Room is huge with excellent natural light. Flat has good storage. With all amenities. Good insulation. Won't get cold there.
No outside parking during day. Available from 6pm-9am.

Current flatmate very quiet and you won't see much of her.
Separate laundry room for the building.
Downstairs storage for bins and bikes.

Flat let my Varcity living who will handle the contract.
