Available from mid January:

One room available in 2 bed flat on high street.
I am looking for a replacement to take over my tenancy. Therefore, not a sublet. New tenants responsible for new deposit and contract until June 26 minimum.

Currently it's a student flat but welcome to all (but will be responsible for all council tax). This is not included in the weekly rent.

Room is huge with excellent natural light. Flat has good storage. With all amenities. Good insulation. Won't get cold there.
No outside parking.

Current flatmate very quiet and you won't see much of her.
Separate laundry room for the building for all flats.
Downstairs storage for bins and bikes.

Flat let my Varcity living who will handle the contract. They make decisions if let long term or short term.

Landlord very nice and will come if there are issues.
