The house is exceptionally clean and tidy, with friendly working professionals who value a respectful and harmonious atmosphere. It’s a settled household where everyone takes pride in keeping the communal areas pleasant for all.

The new sharer would share one of three bathrooms with one other professional.

We’re looking for someone who naturally keeps shared spaces clean after use and is happy to take part in a simple weekly rota (communal vacuuming, bins and recycling). This system works very well and helps maintain the lovely feel of the house.

Quiet hours are observed between midnight and 7am, which suits those with regular work commitments and who value a good night’s sleep.
