Prime Upper Bangor Studio, Bills Included

Studio flat available from 30 September 2026. I’ll cover the first month’s rent for the successful replacement tenant once the transfer is completed.

I’m looking for a student to take over my flat at Bala Bangor from 30 September 2026 until 30 June 2027.

The rent is £207 per week, which includes water, gas, electricity and internet. The flat is managed by Varcity Living, and the successful replacement tenant would take over the remainder of my existing contract, subject to Varcity Living’s approval.

It’s a student-only property on Ffriddoedd Road, directly opposite Morrisons and a 5 min walk from Main Arts, Bangor University.

The standard security deposit is £828 with a suitable UK guarantor. If you don’t have a UK guarantor, Varcity requires an 8-week deposit instead. They also require a £207 holding deposit as part of the application process.

Council tax is not payable for eligible full-time students, as this is a student-only property.
