Large room in beautiful quiet house close to Uni

My wife and I own a large house close to the University and away from other student housing. We are English and French speaking and both work full time as well as study part-time.

We let out several rooms and offer accommodation which is far above any other student accommodation in the area, both for quality and atmosphere. We have gardens in the front and back and a large kitchen (with Aga cooker), which provides a very warm and friendly communal place. The room has a bathroom next to it, which is shared with only one other individual.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and personable. Preferably, a mature student or professional who has a similar routine to us and the other lodgers.

All bills (including broadband) are included in the price.

We are flexible on the advertised date as the room has just become vacant.
