Trustworthy lodger wanted!!

I am a professional person seeking a similar lodger who is trustworthy and honest.
I work away during the week so the property is exclusively the lodgers responsibility during this period. Ideally i im looking for a professional person or perhaps a postgraduate who is seeking some privacy.
The property is totally self sufficient with all amenities provided, has street parking and is within a short walking distance from the city centre and university.
I only accept the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene as this is my home.
I currently have a postgraduate staying until the end of July and he is very happy with the arrangement.
The property comes with my cat whom i adore. He will be the lodgers responsibilty to feed when im away working and i emphasise i will not tolerate any cruelty.
