My housemate and I are moving out so there is a two bedroom flat available (partitioned off by two locking doors from 4 bed flat above).

All bills apart from Internet are included in the rent.

Both rooms are a good size with double beds and new furniture (beds, mattress, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair). There is a bathroom and a kitchen for your use only. Street parking is available.

The girls in the flat above are all student midwives and would appreciate quite neighbours.
