We have some very nice large single bedrooms available in this spacious house, which is set in its own grounds and is in a great location in Upper Bangor, very close to the Ffridd Road campus and School of Nursing (and just a short walk from all the other main university sites), as well as being very convenient for Morrisons supermarket and the train station...

Fibre-Optic broadband (unlimited) and all utility bills are included in the rent and the house is approached down a private driveway, so there's plenty of free parking at the front of the property.

The available rooms are on the ground and first floor of the house and are all large enough to accommodate a double bed, so we could consider upgrading! Amenities include 3 bathrooms (2 with showers, 1 with bath & shower), an additional loo and 2 kitchens, one of which is really big and has a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a big table for communal eating and socialising!
