Student house - Group of 4 preferred

We are looking for a group of students to share this 4 bedroom house, located on a quiet street in the popular student area of 'Caellepa'.

The house is conveniently close to Bangor High Street, and is just a short walk from the city's shops, a large supermarket and various pubs and restaurants. However, due to its elevated position the house is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and has very nice views!

The house has three storeys - with bedrooms on the ground and first floors. All the shared facilities are on the lower ground floor - a kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, a bathroom with shower and a lounge/dining room. There's also an enclosed patio area, accessible from the lounge room.
