Opportunity self contained room Student /Erasmus

One room furnished bedsit available in 4 room house 10 mins from Main Arts building, directly adjacent to Asda and steps from Lidl Domino’s and the train station.
General: The room is equipped with kitchenette containing sink, fridge, freezer, microwave and small electric oven/hob. A bed, wardrobe and chest of draws are also provided. Toilet, Internet and common facilities cost and duties are shared.
Costs: Rent is £50 per week, water bills and council tax included. Electricity is provided separately by individual electric meters for each room (approx. £10pw in the winter and £5pw in the summer).
The house already contains 3 mature tenants; two female Law/Language students and one male ex- Law Masters student. Two christian and one atheist and some of us work too.

We speak English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. Ideally, we are looking tidy and clean student, preferably female native French/Italian speaker worker or Erasmus student to share the house. We also Minimum stay 6 months.
