It has loads of character and is located very close to Main Arts and the Business School, both just around the corner on College Road. It's also within easy walking distance of the train station, nearby shops, pubs and cafes and a supermarket, as well as Bangor town center.

The house is on four levels, with an open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room on the lower ground floor.

There are two bathrooms; one with a bath and shower on the first floor and one with a shower on the ground floor, and there's also a little terrace to the rear of the house.
