Hello, we are Jess, Hannah and Poppy; we are third year healthcare students studying at Bangor University.

From the 10th of June 2015 we have a gorgeous large, fully furnished double bedroom available on the ground floor of our three storey home in Ambrose Street, lower Bangor. This is just a minutes walk from Bangor Pier, a fish and chip shop and convenience store. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the high street.

This house has a large living room with a 40 inch TV and sofa's to accommodate six people, including a pull out sofa bed (can sleep 2).

We have a modern kitchen with plenty of storage, large fridge-freezer, all kitchen appliances included, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher overlooking the private patio garden.

The garden has seating available including table and chairs, shed for storage, outside toilet, BBQ and also a water point.

On the second floor of the property we have 2 occupied bedrooms, a bathroom which includes a separate bath and shower, toilet, sink and shelving. We also have a communal spare room (ideal for storage) and on the top floor is the final occupied bedroom. Rooms are fitted with shutter blinds.

Hamsters, Gerbils and Guinea Pigs are welcome.

Although we are smokers this is a non smoking property.

The rent is £95 a week which includes all bills, including WIFI.

All rooms have TV points but a TV license will be required, which we would all split evenly.

Street parking is available and no permits are required.

The property is furnished to a high standard, with cream walls throughout as well as carpeting.

We are easy going and sociable students, we are looking for a student to share our lovely home with.
