Single room Student houseshare £90/wk all bills

I'm a student currently living on College road in Bangor but looking for someone to take my room. The contract is £90/week including all bills (wifi, washing machine, dryer, skybox with TV, heating on demand all available), and goes until the 30th of June. Please note you DO NOT have to be a student to rent this room and you WILL NOT have to pay counsel tax, I have checked with my landlord. It is a single bedroom and non-smoking. The house has 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 fridges. The room is furnished with bed, draws and a desk. And there is off road parking at the back of the house. There are 6 males and 2 females in the house, all students and very friendly. The landlord is very helpful and maintenance checks are done monthly. You can move in as soon as you like.
